We pride ourselves on keeping it real. That's why we'd like to share this PSA for those who need it: this product will not make your hair grow back thicker, faster or darker. Consider this myth officially busted. It is not suitable for use over active acne or irritated skin.
How to use: You can dermaplane on either damp or dry skin. Angle the blade on a 45 degree angle and use gentle downward strokes until your peach fuzz is no longer present. Rinse your face with cool water and sanitise your blade after use. Repeat every 3-4 weeks.
We will dispatch your order from one of our warehouses either domestically or internationally. We have warehouses in Australia, England, China, Japan and the United States. Depending on which item/s you order and which warehouse is closest to you will depend on where we ship your order from. Based on availability, some items may arrive sooner than others if they are shipped from different places.
Please note there are small delays on International orders due to less planes flying because of Covid-19 lockdowns. We always aim to get your order to you to enjoy as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@lisciaskin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
